Process Safety Management (PSM)

Process technology:
- information on process safety
- work procedures and safe work practices (work instructions)
- process hazard analysis
- management of technological changes
Process objects:
- quality assurance
- safety inspection before commissioning
- mechanical integrity
- management of technical changes
Process staff
- training of technological staff
- supplier management
- investigation of incidents
- management of personnel changes
- emergency response
- audits

- checking whether all prescribed protection measures have been taken
- issuing a work permit
- supervision of works
- activities after the completion of the works
Incident management system
- The system of monitoring, research, analysis, and reporting of incidents ensures timely reporting and investigation of incidents and potentially dangerous situations in the field of health protection, occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire protection, for the purpose of effective protection of persons, the environment, property, and reputation legal persons.
- The primary goal of investigating incidents is to establish the facts that led to the incident, with the aim of preventing their recurrence.
Contractor Safety Management
- To prevent incidents that can be caused by external contractors, and which can have extremely serious consequences for workers, property, the environment and the reputation of the company, process control has been defined when performing critical activities in the field of health, safety, and environmental protection in which they participate external contractors.
- The process itself includes the following steps: planning of work tasks, identification of critical activities, risk assessment, content of bidding documents from the aspect of OSH, procurement procedure, selection of contractors, contracting, pre-mobilization/mobilization, execution of works, supervision, potential fines, and assessment the contractor.
